Shipping

  • Do you offer shipping by mail?
    • No, all orders are Pickup orders.
  • Do you offer local delivery?
    • Asset Shelf doesn't offer delivery, but we can provide the buyer with the contact of delivery services that they can contract to perform the delivery.
  • Do you offer store pickup?
    • Yes, all orders will be picked up by the buyer at the supplier’s location. This location will be provided once the purchase is made.
  • What are your costs for shipping, local delivery, and/or store pickup?
    • The cost will be cover by the buyer and will depend on the delivery services they contract to perform this task.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    • The Pickup will be coordinated between 3-5 business days from the purchase date.
    • Do you offer international shipping?
      • No, Asset Shelf does not offer international shipping.

    Returns

    • What is your return policy?
      • Items are sold “As Is”. Sales are final and have no return.
    • What would be the steps to follow if I want to make a change to my order?
      • In the case that you need to do a change to an order and the order has not been delivered, please write us and email at: hello@myassetshelf.com so we can help you.
    • What would be the steps to follow if I do not receive my order?
      • Asset Shelf will make sure the items are dispatched according to the order with the carrier selected by the buyer. If the buyer does not receive the order after the order has been successfully shipped, it is the responsibility of the buyer to do a claim with the delivery company contracted.
    • What would be the steps to follow if I receive my order defective or damaged?
      • Asset Shelf will make sure the items are dispatched according to the order with the carrier selected by the buyer. If the buyer receives the order defective or damage product from the delivery service, it’s responsibility of the buyer to do a claim with the delivery company contracted for the services.
    • What products can be returned?
      • Sales are final and returns are not allowed. But a return can be made only if the item received is “significantly not as described” on the order.
    • What products can be exchanged for another?
      • After a product is sold and deliver, the item cannot be exchange by another item because “sales are final”.
    • How long do I have to return an item or product?
      • In the eventuality that the buyer receives an item that is "significantly not as described" on the order the client have 3 days to do a claim to return the item. Please write us and email at hello@myassetshelf.com with the explanation of the issue along with all the necessary documentation that Asset Shelf will need to address the issue.
    • What would be the requirements for a return to be approved?
      • This will be treated in a case-by-case basis. It is the responsibility of the buyer to send all the necessary information that support their claim. Asset Shelf will review all the information and will take a decision based on the information available at the time of the review. Asset Shelf will make a decision depending on the evidence provided by the buyer.
    • If the return is approved, to what address should I send my item?
      • This will be provided once a decision is made by Asset Shelf.
